Tenant Services

We pride ourselves on exemplary tenant service and consistently making life easier for the owner. Front Door’s goal is to provide a clean, safe home for you, your family and/or your tenants. Once you have selected a property, you can begin the application process.

Application Process:
To apply, we’ll need:

  • $35.00 application fee for each adult (covers credit/background check & processing.)
  • Copy of Drivers License.
  • Last 2 paycheck Stubbs, if employed.
  • If self-employed, last two consecutive bank statements.
  • Fully completed, signed application by all adults 

Our application process will take 24-48 hours for approval. After approval, you will be required to place a holding deposit. However, if you are approved and you fail to enter into a lease agreement, your deposit will be forfeited for the owner’s benefit. ​

Rent Payments:

All rent payments need to arrive by the due date in your lease to avoid paying late fees. Please refer to your lease agreement for details. Rent payments may be processed either by mail, delivered to our office or paid thorugh the tenant portal.

Submit a Maintenance Request
Please log in to the tenant portal to submit a maintenance request, you can also email your request to gcpmms@gmail.com. For after-hours tenant emergencies only, please call 228-860-9696.

If your emergency is related to fire, smoke, gas or any other hazardous substance, please call 911 first and then our office. 

Non-Emergency Repairs will be scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm.
